展开全部1.转向盘转角传感器，转向盘转角传感器用于检测转向盘的中间位置、转动方向、转动角度和转动速度。在电控悬架中，ECU根据转角传感器和车速传感器的信号，判断汽车转向时侧向力的大小和方向，以控制车身的侧倾。在转向盘的转向轴上装有一个遮光盘（带窄缝的圆盘），传感器的光电元件（即发光二极管）和光敏接收元件（光敏三极管）互相正对地装在遮光盘两侧。由于遮光盘上的窄缝呈等距均匀分布，当转向盘的转轴带动圆盘偏转时，窄缝圆盘将扫过光电元件中间的空气隙，从而在传感器的输出端即可进行ON、OFF转换，形成脉冲信号。当转动转向盘时，遮光盘使光电元件之间的光束产生通/断变化，光电元件的这种反复开/关状态将产生与转向轴转角成一定比例的一系列数字信号，ECU可根据此信号的变化来判断转向盘的转角与转速。同时，传感器在结构上采用两组光电耦合器，可根据检测到的脉冲信号的相位差来判断转向盘的偏转方向。这是因为两对光电耦合器在安装时使其ON、OFF变换的相位错开90°，通过判断哪对光电耦合器首先转变为ON状态，即可检测出转向轴的偏转方向。例如，向左转时，左侧光电耦合器总是先于右侧光电耦合器达到ON状态；而向右转时，右侧光电耦合器总是先于左侧光电耦合器达到ON状态。2.加速度传感器，当车轮打滑时，不能以转向角和汽车车速正确判断车身侧向力的大小。为了直接测出车身横向加速度和纵向加速度，需利用加速度传感器。横向加速度传感器主要用于检测汽车转向时因离心力的作用而产生的横向加速度，并将产生的电信号输送给ECU，使电子控制单元能正确控制悬架系统阻尼系数改变的大小及空气弹簧中空气压力的调节情况，以维持车身的最佳姿势。3.车身高度传感器车身高度传感器的作用是检测汽车行驶时车身高度的变化情况（汽车悬架的位移量），并转换成电信号输送给悬架系统的ECU。车身高度传感器固定在车架上，传感器轴的外端装有导杆，导杆的另一端通过一连杆与独立悬架的下摆臂连接。4.节气门位置传感器悬架控制系统是利用节气门位置传感器信号来判断汽车是否在进行急加速的。节气门位置传感器先将信号输入发动机ECU，然后发动机ECU再将此信号输入悬架ECU。5.车速传感器，6.模式选择。开关模式选择开关位于变速器操纵手柄旁，驾驶员根据汽车的行驶状况和路面情况选择悬架的运行模式，从而决定减震器的阻尼系数大小。车速是汽车悬架系统常用的控制信号，汽车车身的侧倾程度取决于车速和汽车转向半径的大小。通过对车速的检测，可调节电控悬架的阻尼系数，从而改善汽车行驶的安全性。
