酒驾醉驾危害大，今天我们来看几个酒驾醉驾导致的交通事故案例。
四川绵阳：酒驾撞护栏
3月2日晚22时50分左右，四川省绵阳市发生一起轿车撞护栏的单方事故。绵阳交警支队四大队民警赶到现场时，发现护栏撞破了挡风玻璃将驾驶人万某抵在了座位上，车上两名乘客没有受伤，正尝试施救。随后，交警配合救援人员将万某救出，由救护车送往医院救治。▼
在现场勘查时，交警闻到车内有酒味，经询问两名乘客得知，两名乘客和万某是朋友，当晚，三人在万某家里吃饭，其间喝了红酒。饭后万某明知自己喝了酒，仍以“太晚不安全”为由送二人回家，二人劝阻不成，只好接受。上路后二人一直在车内休息，直到听到响声才知道发生了事故。经司法鉴定机构检测，万某的血液酒精含量为74.7mg/100ml，系饮酒后驾驶机动车。
山东德州：醉驾逆行出事故 奥迪起火燃烧
2月23日22时28分许，赵某驾驶鲁N牌照奥迪车，在经过一处弯道时，冲入对向车道与一辆正常行驶的帕萨特相撞，随后又撞上路侧路灯杆和小树。▼
事故导致帕萨特车头受到严重损毁，驾驶人和乘车人不同程度受伤；奥迪车则燃起大火被烧得面目全非，车上一名女子受伤。奥迪车驾驶人赵某因未系安全带，撞破挡风玻璃后摔在5米外的绿化带中，被交警发现时，头部有一块椭圆形汽车碎片。后经抽血检测，赵某血液酒精含量高达208mg/100ml， 属醉酒驾驶。▼

江西井冈山：雨夜醉驾摩托 操作不当撞树
2月29日晚，江西井冈山。李某驾驶一辆摩托车在行驶中忽然冲出路面，撞上路侧行道树。经调查，李某血液酒精含量高达117.29mg/100ml，系醉酒驾驶。▼
广西百色：酒后驾驶摩托撞上货车
2月28日下午18:45分许，百色市隆林县男子杨某，驾驶摩托车去参加亲属葬礼，途中与对向一辆轻型普通货车发生碰撞，杨某重伤送医。经调查，杨某为酒后驾驶，且未按规定佩戴安全头盔、摩托车无牌照。▼
广东广州：两起酒驾事故
3月2日凌晨5时20分，一辆轿车失控撞上一辆重型罐式半挂车，小车驾驶人为酒后驾驶。
3月3日凌晨0:37分，一名男子驾驶摩托车失控发生单方事故，初步调查显示，驾驶人是酒后驾驶。
以上事故，酒驾/醉驾的驾驶人均不幸死亡。
下面的几起案例，则是酒驾/醉驾者导致他人死亡。
湖南沅江：酒后驾驶三轮电动车撞行人后逃逸
3月9日19时许，沅江交警大队接到报警，称巴山东路路段发生一起致人死亡的交通事故，肇事者当场逃逸。交警立即赶到现场勘查，同时组织人员对附近群众进行走访调查。1小时后，嫌疑人郭某被抓获，他对自己饮酒后驾驶无牌无证电动三轮车将行人杨某撞死后逃逸的违法犯罪事实供认不讳。经呼气检测，郭某体内酒精含量为87mg/100ml，有醉驾嫌疑，交警遂依法对其抽血送检。▼

安徽太和：未成年男子无证醉驾 连撞4名行人
2月29日晚，太和县郭庙镇，高某驾车行驶至西王大营村南段时发生多点、多起交通事故，共有4名行人被撞，导致3人死亡1人受伤，高某及副驾驶乘员也在事故中受伤。
经调查，肇事司机高某未满18岁，没有驾驶证，血液酒精含量为167.5mg∕100ml，属无证、醉驾。其身份证信息显示，高某下月将满18岁。▼

4月15日，古蔺县太平镇群众举报吴某不文明驾驶。交警进行检查时，吴某口称：喝了酒的，无所谓。在交警将其带至派出所醒酒后，又将装有现金的信封硬塞给交警希望“通融”，交警严正回绝并严厉批评教育吴某。经检测吴某血液酒精含量为198.4mg/100ml，属醉酒驾驶。公安机关已对其醉酒驾驶的行为以涉嫌危险驾驶罪立案，并移送公诉机关。
交警提醒：
开车“醉驾” 犯罪，塞送“红包” 违法；
如此“补救”无用，安全驾驶方为正道。

5月10日，叙永交警在叙永县叙永镇检查时，发现驾驶二轮摩托车的黄某湘有酒后驾驶嫌疑，经检测黄某湘酒精含量为31mg/100ml。经调查，其曾于2021年因酒后驾驶被公安机关处罚。黄某湘因在驾驶证暂扣期间再次酒驾，公安机关对其违法行为处以吊销机动车驾驶证，行政拘留三日。
交警提醒：酒驾害人又害己，莫存侥幸驾车行。
连撞十车，火花四溅！
5月14日晚8时许，四大队接多名车主报警：自己车子被撞，肇事者已逃。经查，肇事者杨某于当晚8时19分醉酒后驾车，在纳溪区胜利街至永宁路途中相继碰撞多车及道路设施，造成10车受损。当晚，交警在纳溪区永宁路查获肇事者，经血检，结果为167.5mg/100ml。目前，案件正在进一步办理中。
交警提醒：杜康解忧愁，醉驾祸事追，切勿酒驾！
四轮朝天，火花飞溅，醉驾惹祸！
6月1日，江西。凌晨，陈某醉驾载朋友驾车撞上宋某驾驶的车辆，翻车在路面滑行近百米，陈某二人被困车内。被撞的宋某将二人救出，陈某为逃避处罚，求宋某不要报警，被拒后带着朋友逃到距现场约百米处的护栏里躲了起来。经血液检验，陈某酒精含量为204.87mg/100ml，属醉驾。陈某承担事故全部责任，还将因涉嫌危险驾驶罪面临刑事处罚。
交警提醒：酒后驾驶机动车，是对驾驶人、乘车人和其他道路交通参与者的严重安全威胁！

酒驾成本，不能承受之重
1、饮酒驾驶
条件：酒精含量20mg/100ml—80mg/100ml（不含）；
直接成本 =暂扣6个月机动车驾驶证 + 1000元以上2000 元以下罚款。
饮酒后驾驶营运机动车的：处十五日拘留，并处五千元罚款，吊销机动车驾驶证，五年内不得重新取得机动车驾驶证。
2、醉酒驾驶
条件：酒精含量达到或超过80mg/100ml；
直接成本 =吊销驾驶证+5年内不得重新取得机动车驾驶证+追究刑事责任。经过判决后处以拘役，并处罚金。
醉酒驾驶营运机动车的：吊销机动车驾驶证，依法追究刑事责任；10年内不得重新取得机动车驾驶证，重新取得机动车驾驶证后，不得驾驶营运机动车。
3、酒驾被罚后再次酒驾
直接成本 =10日以下拘留+2000元罚款+吊销驾驶证。
4、酒驾发生重大交通事故构成犯罪
直接成本 =追究刑事责任+吊销机动车驾驶证+终生禁驾。
