我投的SCI论文审完是大修，现在已经到了修回时间，虽然试验已经补完，但是文章送去修改语言还需要几天，距编辑规定的时间一定是延迟了，急啊！请问各位战友，是不是需要给编辑写封信，具体怎么写？ 包括内容及格式，最好能是英文的。 谢谢各位战友，希望大家多多帮助！

Dear Editor and Editorial Office:I am writing regarding to our manuscript (manuscript no.:...), which is currently under review by your Journal. We would like to thank for the precious comments from you and the Reviewers.At the moment, we managed to finish the supplementary experiments suggested by the Reviewers and performed major required changes to our manuscript. However, in order to improve the readability of the manuscript, we would like to send it for language revision by a professional manuscript editing company, which will take around xx days/weeks. 其实LZ真的不用长篇大论，编辑没有多少时间和心情看你几千字的检讨书。修稿延迟信最重要的是点出问题，说明原因，和一两句话表达自己诚挚的歉意即可，相信编辑会原谅你的。下面的模板仅供参考。Dear editor, Sorry to trouble you! Thanks for your favorite consideration and the reviewers’ insightful comments about my manuscript. However, something happened to me. （此处告诉他为什么不能及时交稿的原因）Therefore, it will take a little longer time for us to prepare the response to comments! We are very apologized for this delay! Yours' 希望您能有好的结果，祝福！

非常感谢各位战友，对我的帮助太大了。还有个问题是review提出的问题有几条是我的笔误或没有认真造成的，其中有一条review是这么说的<font style="color:#. On page 8, first paragraph, there is asentence &On the other hand, the expressions of the casepase-9 andcaspase-3 were decreased (Fig. 5a, 5b and 5c).& The expression of Caspase3 &9 was never shown. The cleaved Cas3&9 increased with nitidinechloride treatment. The same &expression& was also described in thesecond paragraph of page 8 regarding caspase-3 and PARP. It is the cleavedform, not expression that was upregulated.我已经按照他的要求更改文章内容了，请教一下这个问题我具体怎么回答啊非常感谢各位的支持和帮助
