其实可以不拆，不要浪费现有资源，把违建配电房改造成便民超市，这样就可以“化腐朽为神奇” ！唉~~~看来镇江的恒大开发商真是一群无知的白痴，应该给予直接开除！·！！

个人意见：配电房的选址，不会以业主的意愿作改变，拆与建在开发商一念之间，延期交付背后深层的才是各位业主需要关心的。
一个配电房的申报和规划，牵扯到国土局、住建局、规划局、供电公司。。。。各方都需要协调，如果说开发三年之久，行将交付的楼盘连配电房的申报工作都未进行 要么是政府监管形同虚设，要么就真的太愚民于股掌间了。
面对延期交付的楼盘，面对质量堪忧的装修，面对无耻无赖之极的开发商，我们该怎么办？？有延误婚期的，有延误开学的，有还在外租房的，有买了家电家具无处安放的，有急等着办证更换公积金贷款的，请问各位邻居：什么才是你们最关心的？
路一步步走饭一口口吃 ！！！拆除违建后继续维权！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

6号楼，地下车棚漏水，地下车库一片汪洋！！！时间很久了，水也发绿了。奇臭不堪！！！
6号楼，楼顶漏水严重！！！顶部六七堆大便，至今未处，恶心极了！！！建议恒大相关人员好好看看！！！
